See, now I'm wondering. I've seen that happen before, and I thought it was just a one time thing.

The two sillies apparently went as far as making it into a quest and it shows in the statue's description. You can bring water or blood in a bucket and pour it over the statue to cleanse off the pee, you even get karma for it.
