It was a combination of the title and the sacrifice; as usually I don't see muffins sacrifice people to the Demon Lords of Nil. Other people may but it is a rare occurrence as far as I know.

So yes LOOK would get you the title, but it would not get the sacrifice that happened. Just saying.
