Discovering a love for combat that was apparently hidden somewhere deep down inside of me.

The adrenaline rush I got while empathing during the weakening was completely amazing. I was pounding commands out as fast as I possibly could and my heart was practically exploding out of my chest, but it was worth it. After wading through 3 different people/groups trying to run me out of general hunting areas today, finally, I have it. Now, only 5 more levels until I don't have to worry about eating or sleeping anymore. If I decide to even try, heh. Woot!

Do you ever hunt spectres? (Are you even in a guild that allows it?)

I got 78/79 and most of the way to 80 off of Spectres, with a very small bit of pre-nerf Leo at 79. Spectres can be plentiful and decent and aren't "enemy territory" unless you've killed sea wolves. It takes a while, but it is pretty safe.

Oh, and I tried Astral for a few minutes and got a few goats before running into a room with three and running like mad, heh.

Yeah, I'd avoid current-astral without a high-level buddy. Sorry.

Though you could probably handle single-links on Leo or something. If you're really careful and aren't afraid of running around a bit when you get a double-spawn.
