She has something besides a teddy bear?
Eldanien2010-02-22 23:10:18
She's a he.
Rauros2010-02-23 02:25:42
This is why I can't get into Japanese cartoons.
Doman2010-02-23 02:27:13

Sewn from soft felt, these slippers are bright red and slightly
disturbing. The body of the slippers has been designed to resemble the
flesh of a lobstrosity, dyed brilliant crimson and covered with a red
leather carapace. Rising up from the front of the slippers, the torso of
the beast bears a slavering maw of black and white felt, and the head is
topped by two dangling eyestalks. The eyes are made of two tiny onyx
disks, covered by slightly larger glass bubbles that are each embedded
into a piece of white moonstone. The slightest movement causes the onyx
eyes to rattle around in the glass, giving the illusion of jittery eye
movement. Four spindly, slightly uneven legs dangle from either side of
the slippers, seemingly placed as an afterthought.
It has 62 months of usefulness left.
It weighs 6 ounce(s).
It bears the distinctive mark of Crimson Novelist, Aoife Naresni, Keeper of
Flames.
It has been stamped with the seal of The Daughters' Weavers.

This cube is made up of interlocking sections of a variety of metals. From gold to platinum to silver to iron, the sections are fitted tightly together and lines where they join along the surface make up complex designs. The cube itself vibrates with a soft hum.
It has 150 months of usefulness left.
It weighs about 7 pounds.
This cube holds 1000 charges of raw energy.

It's actually a really good game though...as I discovered when Aerenna assigned me his theme song on the forums several years ago and I checked it out...

1/5 prophecy quests done. What a pain in the ass. Also, boo Urazial, although doing it that early in the phase would have screwed me anyway, so I revoke my OOC loathing for you.

You just got a Bridget dropped on your head!
Lendren2010-02-23 12:50:29
That's what you get for having characters so stylized they have no distinctive features!
Shiri2010-02-23 12:53:05
It's deliberate with Bridget, to be fair! He was raised as a nun because having twin brothers was bad luck in the British village he grew up in (I have no idea what the Japanese think Britain is like that that made sense as an origin story, but there you go)
Lendren2010-02-23 12:59:15
Yeah, but they can do it only because s/he only has to conform to the standard of everyone else. (Boy, am I expecting a flood of flames for this...)
Alyae2010-02-23 13:18:36
Guh! I like pretty boys, but I think that's taking it a little too far...
Kiradawea2010-02-23 13:29:15
There's also Lucius.
