Apparently it took your eq twice. Once when casting, once when the meteor actually hit. I never encountered the problem but hey.

Elostian and Arel. For being available to offer their perspective and bounce ideas off of and being generally awesome.

Getting told by someone that they liked the changes I was introducing, and that they were eager to join the new Directorate.

I totally misread that and thought you wanted to kick out the half-asian catgirls.
So, technically they -could- interbreed, just didn't, but now humans have spread the idea and it's seen more?

If you read the history of the Return of Estarra you would know that humans were not created in the Lusternian universe. You also know that Humans are shards of the unnamed son of Yudhe (sp?), so they are a special case. From what I have seen stated and read in the histories it was not possible for other races to interbreed before the arrival of humans, and is only possible now because of the widespread interjection of human dna into the various racial gene-pools (seems humans arrived and went wild breeding with everyone).

Isn't that what we do IRL too?

I kept losing equilibrium twice after casting it, but it's gone now!
EDIT:
SDs.

Noola's wyrm has such a nasty temper! I love it! I'd hug him if he weren't made of text!

But Noola can hug him because they're both made of text? I'm not sure how the wyrm will react, though.

You give a foul taint wyrm with razor teeth a compassionate hug.
A foul taint wyrm with razor teeth turns his back on you and pointedly ignores you.
You pet a foul taint wyrm with razor teeth ingratiatingly.
A foul taint wyrm with razor teeth hunches slightly and flares his body as he hisses warningly at you.

I have that problem with my Serenguard's wolf. I can't even pat it once without it getting all huffy.
Denust's dragon turtle is so much easier to handle. It just smiles and laughs. And dances. I don't know how it manages when it weighs half a ton and has a huge shell, but somehow that doesn't stop it.

Make sure it's actually your wolf you are trying to pat and pet. If you are in a room with another wolf, you will almost certainly try to pat the wrong one.

I've been using number IDs to target my loyals for the longest time. I discovered the value of this after an awkward incident in the Aquamancer guildhall involving turtles. Needless to say, I learned my lesson.
I just think I got a grumpy wolf.
