11.2.3 Order Wars
Order Wars can be fought between Divine Orders following mutual declarations.
These declarations can be made only by the Divine and those they appoint as a
Warlord representing the Order.
Following mutual declaration of war, victory is obtained by causing the opposing
Order's Patron to lose a large supply of essence through use in war-specific
conflict.
Ways to drain essence:
- Killing a realm denizen.
- Calling invasion mobs on the opposing Patron's realm.
- Destroying shrines.
- Killing enemy Order members in their Patron's realm or your Patron's realm.
Victory results in truefavours for all of the victorious Order's members.
Gods cannot enter into a war for ten months following an end to a war.

the physical manifestations of their essence in reality. Each Realm is linked
to the Prime Material Plane through a God's temple, but can also be reached by
those intrepid enough to travel through the aetherspace.
Denizens subsist within each realm, inextricably linked to the relevant deity.
Slaying one of these denizens harms the God; but the God's follower can
empower them, putting them beyond harm. For each set of ten denizens
empowered, a follower will be imbued with the divine blessing of his god.

I can already tell there will be problems with the godwars unless some things are changed.
-During a war, the god realms are closed off to all others except those who are part of the order who is being invaded and the invading order.
This will prevent orgs from stepping in between to defend the other orders, so that this type of conflict is strictly order vrs order instead of org vrs org as usual.

I fail to see the problem. Orgs and Orders should be more seprate than they are now. That is a step in the right direction.

Uh yeah, that's why I'm suggesting that the order realms be closed off to all except the two orders at war so that it's strictly order vrs order.

I wonder... could the realms extend into aetherspace, so there were spaceborne versions of the denizens targettable around each of them without having to actually enter the temples?

I really do think it should be possible to deny nonordermembers from entrance during a war, considering domoth stage 3 does something similar.
