This is the -only- thing I miss about Achaea.
I wish I could throw Vadi in a bag and force him to play Lusternia and code me a system like his in Achaea. Such a good system, easy to use, has versions for Nexus, Zmud, Mush, and no telling what else, top-knotch support (and believe me, it takes patience to deal with my lack of coding abilities). I miss Vadi...

We have those people here in Lusternia. Catarin, Nezha, Zarquan, and Ethelon are just a few of the people who have made built systems and made them available to the public. I use Treant right now, and Zarquan's patience and support is unparalleled in my experience.

Oh, I'm sure he is. I remember him as Larkin in Achaea and he was great then too. I just don't want to change clients and in order to use one of the available systems here, I'd have to.

Which client are you using? There are systems available for MUSH and Zmud for sure, maybe Cmud (I'd have to check, and would rather not say either way unless I knew). Pretty much the only client that doesn't really have any systems available for it is Nexus, and that's because Lusternia combat is so intense and Nexus coding is so heavy and cumbersome that as soon as you really start getting into combat it chokes. Not that there aren't great fighters using Nexus, but they are a special breed, and I haven't heard of any of them releasing their sets to others.

I use Zmud and I'm really weird about buying something and not fully using it. Not to mention the fact that I know just a little about how to set up my Zmud trigger-wise and absolutely nothing about other clients. It wouldn't be worth it for me to switch. I know that there is one out for Zmud, but it isn't supported and I can't get the autosipper to work. So, I was wanting to find a good one for Zmud reasonably priced, if possible. Ongoing updates and support would be lovely as well, if such a thing exists. I think I was just spoiled by Vadi's.
Edit: Sorry for the derail.

Please name the nerfs that impacted 1-on-1 combat. I can't think of a single one, but I can list several upgrades!
Just one? Okay, the big one. Mugwump/Aslaran.

Those weapons are perfect, Daved.
Good to know, I hear you know your stuff around warrior combat, interested in teaching it?

Unfortunately, Julie. Vadi has actually attempted to come over here and code a Nexus system for Lusternia, however.. He encountered a few notable issues.
1.) He wasn't an established fighter here, and our combat system/abilities/etc are drastically different than what he is used to.
2.) Some things, unfortunately, are also impossible to create in Nexus. Wound tracking, being the most notable. The only person who I can think of that has made anything close to a semblance of a Nexus system would be Nejii.
Don't get me wrong. Vadi's Nexus System is actually pretty damn top-notch. He did a very, very good job making a good system from little he had. Currently, he is working on Mudlet which, in so far, looks to be awesome. I hope we see some awesome systems from Mudlet in the future.
Cheers.

Nejii doesn't exactly have what you could actually call a system.

Nor did Krellan when he didn't pussy out and run a real client, AFAIK. We just manual and tumble/serpent a lot.

I've always been curious, do you have all of the cures macro's, with the aff lines highlighted, or do you just pierce the combat spam with your eyes of chaos?

A mix of A, B, and C (C being "we don't")
