I don't understand this desire to lynch me, I'm fairly confident there's no win condition attached to my rival killing me, there's certainly none for me killing him. But if enough people vote to lynch I guess I'll have to claim.
Daganev2009-02-18 21:34:28
Why don't you think over your role carefully. Figure out if there isn't anything your rival probabbly doesn't allready know, and let us know what you can tell us without giving away more info to your rival?
for example, if say you had something in your description that read "Your rival doesn't know this, but you can do X" Then don't tell us about X. But otherwise you might as well tell us who you are at this point.

You are certain that your rival does not gain anything from killing you directly? Because my basic argument is that you are going to die tonight one way or another. Might as well reduce the loss as much as possible.

I'm not certain, I'm not even certain my own ability will kill my rival, it just says it's ineffective against everyone but him. This depends on the thinking of my opposite number, though! Is he going to kill me this early as an insurance measure, or will he hold off until/when the Big Four splinter, since there'll (I assume) be no tangible gain to killing me now? I'd rather not claim at this juncture because it removes all doubt and I'll become a target. Whereas if I hold off, I might slip through.

alright! We finally have something to work with.
Vote: Dai to get this train a-rollin.
Lets not make this a repeat of the last game, though, kay? We don't need to have five million roleclaims in one Day, let's leave a little mystery

Shaddus, are you part of the "femmes" group?

Sorry, there's just a whole lot at risk if your rival DOES get benefitted by your death...

Yet again I point out that Ganon received no apparent benefit from cursing Link.

Ok... think of the name of your skill, then think about what would logically happen to someone who uses such a skill? Do you gain anything from using that skill against them? If yes, then your rival gains something also and will target you. If no, then you might want to get it clarified why you have that skill at all.

wouldn't it likely turn Link into a wolf? perhaps it was meant to beef up link? (since he would win with Link)

I can clarify this one!
it would definately have screwed link over, unless I was around to make it better.

There's no mention of gain. I don't know if it kills him, takes him out of comission for a while, or what, it's a very neutral-sounding skill. Hence my confusion.

Let's leave princess peach alone and get back to Dai.
Are you or your skills related to the big 4?

Dai2009-02-18 21:54:31
Uh, not really. I only have two skills - one centred on surveilance (last night I watched Shiri and saw Furien sneaking about) and the special ability to confront my rival, once I know who that is.
