I'm going to be out for 24 hours, so if a lynch does happen, just send me your night actions.
Doman2009-03-07 01:28:06
well, honestly, I thought I was doomed, so I was saying just get it over with. If anyone has a lie detector or something.
I am a human. I win when the demons are gone. My role carries no ill intentions against Angels

Enero, what do you mean, 'let's see what happens'. Nothing is going to happen unless:
1. We lynch Doman.
2. We get some more leads or suspects.
3. We have a lie detector.
I don't think 2 or 3 will happen soon.

Let's just do -something-
Unknown2009-03-07 20:06:53
Vote: Doman
If he's a human, well, then, we've broken an egg to establish that there is, in fact, a potential omelette. However, if he's not, then we've uncovered a demon and killed the serpent while still in the egg. It's a tragic choice to make, but there is more at stake than simply one little human life - in the end, individual mortals are expendible, in the greater battle for humanity itself.
Also, I urge us to refrain from making night actions until we find out the results of the lynch.

well, go town, even if you are making a big mistake. See ya'll next game
Daganev2009-03-08 03:43:53
Metatron returns to the group and announces the day is at an end. He requests to know who the group has decided is guilty of plotting against the Earth. Accusations fly back and forth but finally some turn to Doman and ask what he is all about. "Why , I am a simple human here to do my best to help my people out. I can't just rely on the angels to look out for our best interest."
"That sounds like something a demon would say!", the group shouts. As the group brings Doman before Metatron he declares. "Doman, you have been found guilty by your peers. To the Gallows with you!"
As Doman is lynched, you find your vision of him cleared, and see that indeed he was telling the truth. Doman was one of the very mortals you were all sworn to protect.
It is now Night One

Nice job, Ye who fail at protecting the mortals
Unknown2009-03-08 06:37:42
Psh, my role didn't say anything about protecting the mortals. Clearly, us angels are tasked to ensure heaven remains our own private country club. Keep out the redneck demons. Humans are irrelevant!
(or, oops. Oh well, at least we know the role exists. No win conditions for me based on them surviving though...)

Why do I always come back to find someone was lynched? Bleh.
Enero2009-03-08 10:48:46
I think the proper term for this was... Oops
Daganev2009-03-08 17:16:57
Daylight shines again, as the group returns to the hall.
Metatron announces " Good, nothing happened this evening, well you know what to do. Get to work!"
It is now Day Two.

I'm confused. Why wouldn't the demons kill someone? That would make me think that Doman was a demon, and the only demon, but apparently he really wasn't...
But, go us! Nobody down!

It could mean that the roleblocker blocked a demon, or that a doctor protected the target.
Unknown2009-03-09 03:40:33
To respond to the posts during the night (tsk tsk), my role says nothing about protecting the humans, either. Still, since Daganev said "one of the mortals," I think we can assume that we have other humans in the game, though I still have no idea how that third faction fits. Apparently they win with the angels, but angels don't necessarily need them to win.. Someone got the short end of the stick here, which makes me wonder.
Caerulo's right about the lack of kills. Either the roleblocker or the doctor got lucky.

This seems the most likely thing, it's unlikely that the scum would choose to not off someone last night.
Anyways, back to my trip!

Alright, since we're probably not going to go anywhere with what we have at the moment without more important roles volunteering information, here's what I have.
I roleblocked Rika last night. There were no kills. While it is possible that the doctor was the one who got lucky, or even that there's another roleblocker, I'm going with a Vote: Rika.

Okay. I was stopped from doing my action last night by two flaming swords, so I assume that was you.
Basically, I am a two-shot rezzer. Can do it once a night, for up to two nights. I cannot do it on back to back nights if the first one was successful (which it wasn't). I tried to resurrect Doman and will do so again if you guys want me to.
Unknown2009-03-09 05:08:15
Why would you try to resurrect Doman? While he was human and not a demon, he was vanilla, and rezzing him doesn't help us too much. I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't save the skill for the fall of a more important role, of which there are a few (doctor, investigator, etc).
Rika2009-03-09 05:13:55
Because I figured that in a game of this size, with only 12 players, and the limitation of no back-to-back successful resurrections, it was best for me to use it last night so I can use it again on night 3, instead of on night 2 and night 4. Also, there is a pretty high chance of us getting a scum today, with 2-4/11 being scum. If we did get a scum, I probably would have had to resurrect Doman anyway.
