There's a free "trail" version of the D&DI character generator, which has no expiring time but only lets you create characters from 1-3 (rather than 1-30). The amount of information contained in it is staggering. Makes me feel like garbage for the one I wrote in Java for 2.5 about ten years ago...

Bali, how the hell did you get your stats so high?! I tried to reproduce this on the D&D char creator and ran out of allocation points -far- before I got anywhere near that stat range.

Mad hax? I dunno, I just followed the instructions in the character creator. Racial bonuses? Class bonuses? Dag has high stats too. O.o I'm sure SAW can adjust them if they are incorrect. I wanted high dex and high cha when I rolled

Bali hacked D&D!

As a Dragonborn he gets +2 Cha and Str, even though he didn't write that on his sheet. This makes his base scores unusually good, but not impossible, if he's using the 4d6 method.

Also, Bali, you seem to have marked in the numbers for your skills by hand rather than using the boxes and letting the sheet formulas work it out. This might make things awkward if you get bonuses in the future.

Edit: Yeah, so, everyone check their stats and make sure they work with 22-point buy. I think that's the best for us to go with.

I used 22 point buy for my initial char creation.

If you use 22 point buy, and have a stat of 18 (which gives you stats of 20), then you need to have atleast 2 10s, and your next highest stat can be a 16. (assuming +2 to that stat) Only reason I have a 17 is because I made my 3rd 10 into a 9.

I have absolutely zero experience with anything DnD related, and I thought 4e might be a nice place to jump off from.
