Zorga, seeing an opportunity to strike, makes a calculated move along the edge of the pit and freezing cloud. The rogue sizes up her target as she draws her dagger with great finesse and stealth--the warrior doesn't even see the blade coming before it's imbedded deep in his throat. He drops to the ground, dead, without a sound.

Spotting the helpless goblin in the pit, ralzik moves up bottom west corner of the pit, curses the hexer on the othe side of the pit, and then looks a bit healthier as he shoots a blast of eldritch fire charring the goblin in his grave.

Closing his eyes in order to concentrate on the large orb of flame hovering above the pit, Aesamar directs the sphere across the remaining distance to the end of the hall, bringing it to a halt next to the growling goblin hexer. Tongues of crimson flame whip out from the ball, but they once again go wide, and the hexer remains unharmed. For now.

More than slightly angry about the cowardice of the fleeing goblin, Tsuujin wastes no time in sprinting directly to the goblin in a straight line. Reaching the cowardly creature Tsuujin hacks into it twice, hitting the goblin squarely as blood sprays out from fresh wounds. Not satisfied with this, the fighter draws deep into his reserves and strikes the goblin a third time, leaving it wounded and clinging to life.

(( you start with one action point. You can spend that point for an action of your choosing. Extended rests reset that point.
SAW will have to decide if you get undo the action point, given that my post ninja'd yours. ))

Dag's didn't get used up. Aaand, milestones only happen when you do 2 encounters in a row without an extended rest. You guys slept at the Tavern, so this isn't your milestone. Upon completing the next encounter, however, you'll reach a milestone and get fresh action points.
And yes, you all leveled up. If you know how to handle that, go ahead and do it. Add your gained HP to your current and max, and then go ahead and use as many healing surges as it takes to heal yourselves back to full if you want to.
You all get a level 2 utility power, aand you all get a new feat. Also, anything that relies on half a level goes up now. So ya for that.
Other than that, feel free to carry on.))
