Regardless of my feelings regarding the ethical treatment of animals, I detest PETA. This is partially because PETA gives sane animal welfare/ethical treatment/conservation organizations a bad name.

One time, PETA formed a big ol protest over this fishing contest thing where I lived where prizes were going to be given for the biggest fish caught within species categories... the protest was not on behalf of the fish - which would be stupid, but slightly understandable. No, they were protesting the cruelty to the live bait. The crickets and minnows and worms.

If you've ever met him IC, you'd laugh too. He's a riot.

Alas, alack, I'm only half the man I used to be. Without Guido to play off of, my humour remains stunted.

I watched this before I left for Chicago, the images were horrible, disgusting and the like but this is hardly the first time I've seen it. I can also tell from the type of video the images were meant to be this way.
