Yes, to both. I actually got this from another Stanfordian (a year ahead of me) who had it on his door. It was then bequeathed unto me, forever ruining my sleep cycle.

Because I was the froshling with the most disrupted sleep cycle already? Iuno. It was more of a comment on my incredibly antisocial sleeping hours and night-owlish tendencies.
