I'm trying to figure out which afflictions prevent standing and also which prevent wielding. In my limited experience, I've seen that:
amputated leg
mangled leg
sliced tendon in leg
broken leg
will all prevent standing. I am guessing that the same afflictions in an arm will prevent wielding. It seems like quite a few other afflictions might hinder standing or wielding as well. Some possibilities, just from how they sound:
cracked kneecap
clamped
crushed foot
dislocated arm or leg
fractured arm or leg
hemiplegy
impaled or pinned leg
leglock
pierced arm or leg
rigormortis
shattered ankle
cracked elbow
If there is already a post that explains this I'd be happy to be directed to it. I couldn't find this info in Forren's wonderful trigger list. Thanks.

Cracked kneecap, crushed foot, rigormortis all do not prevent standing. Cracked elbow does not prevent wielding. Not 100% sure about the rest but most of them stop standing.

I'm not sure if shattered ankle stops standing or not. I know it makes movement slower, but not sure if that is it. Clamped may not, not 100% sure what it is.
