If they aren't magical... how else do the replays work? Actors nobody has seen mobs of doing the reciting, etc? But then why can't we heckle etc.

It's easier for me to just assume that the stage has magic illusion powers as part of its inherent nature, especially since stuff like STAGE BACKSTAGE magically transports me places.

I don't see why you can't use stages for other things besides plays. I think we even suggested somewhere that it would be a good place to make political speeches.
