I wasn't the one who investigated it and fixed it, actually.
Part of the reason it wasn't initially was the quality of the report itself. There are a lot of us up here who take a role in sorting the bugs (when it changes to Classified status). The report wasn't that clear and on first glance to one not fully familiar with the skill seemed like a backdoor envoy change request. In the future please make your bug reports as clear as possible so it isn't misinterpreted. If you feel a bug was misinterpreted, you can re-BUG it. That's the best way of dealing with this.
