The only issues I've decided on so far was one to increase spending on the police which resulted in this national happening: Police officers in Noolata enjoy the finest of gourmet doughnuts. And giving environmental scientists money to study how to keep the capital city from sinking into the ocean, which resulted in: Through a massive research program, Noola Town is saved from becoming a new Atlantis.
Maybe Noolata is just awesome that way?
