I agree, and Tekora is smart enough to have realized that. This leads me to believe that he is intentionally ignoring this on purpose, and scum as well.

Look at Balizar's role though. Rika has, in the past, made roles that give powers to vanilla townies, or had some mechanic that did so. (like in the cold war game where she gave me a no lynch oneshot). Bali had a chance to perform an action on nights 0 and 1, which means that somewhere out there, some vanilla townie might not be so vanilla anymore
