Seeing as your british, I can understand your confusion over an american slang word. Its basically somone who likes to overdo things in an arguement, go into excessive details, etc. Its like a combination of scribe, quibble, scribble.

On a more serious note, unvote. If Kira backs Solanis up, we'll go with that. However, I'd like to remind everything that even if Kira backs him up, neither of them can be confirmed townies.
@Shiri: I dunno, Arix did keep telling me after the last game that he wanted to do better. He does seem to be making more of an effort, but I'm not too sure that is a scum tell so much as him actually wanting to try harder.

Its always interesting to see how people maneuver around such a simple, obvious question. First townie response should always be "no" or "hell no" or some variation therof. I did not ask for your win condition, I asked if you were scum or not. The plot thickens.
