If you transfer a manse with things like the oven and pentagram, are they properly owned by the new manse owner? I suppose they cannot be traded in like other artifacts, so that probably answers my question right there. (Do they show on ARTIFACT LIST?)
Zynna2009-06-01 16:33:45
No, they don't. (At least not aetherspace artifacts in a transferred manse)
Shaddus2009-06-01 16:35:04
Would that matter? Not like they reset to the person.
Yiro2009-06-01 16:45:44
No, the manse artifacts cannot be traded in, also editing starting post to add more to the manse, forgot to mention all the stasis gems.
Druken2009-06-01 16:46:35
I suppose it may matter. What if the manse owner wants to transform the pentagram room into a bakery? How silly would it look to customers if there was a giant pentagram underneath the table where they're eating their danish?

Assuming the above is correct, but adding the possibility of having the pentagram removed without it mattering who owns it, will the pentagram factor into cost of the manse?

Just imagined a stove flying out of nowhere and taking someone out.

When Arel transferred the Rillaen manse to me, I was able to pick flowers from the garden though before I could not. If that helps with the discussions re: the artifacts.
Yiro2009-06-01 16:51:53
I'm going to make a map of the manse and what's there, because its pretty well separated -

F = Fulcrux
O = Oven
P = Pentagram
S = Stasis gem
->= Up

-
.......|.\\...
.......|...\\..|../
........->
..............|
.............

Room connected to the oven has the banquet table and the 10 chairs. Every room minus to the up is a bedroom that is furnished.

The only way you can get rid of it: destroy the room and artifact. You get no credits back.

Was that recently? Because I have a garden in my manse, and if you're in the location where garden is, you can pick the flowers, regardless of any manse permissions or what not.
Yiro2009-06-01 17:15:36
Can we please keep this thread to the selling of my manse? Thanks
Unknown2009-06-01 17:16:31
I might be interested, but only if I get true ownership of everything in the entire manse.

Because you can't gift artifacts to a person? I don't really know how these manse artifacts work because I don't have any yet. I got my shop secondhand, but that's a little different...

Come to think of it, I don't really need a second shop for anything, and it'd just drive the price up higher than I want to pay. sad.gif

Manse artifacts are automatically transferred to whoever owns the manse title.

I guess they finally got around to dealing with Arel's ~1 year old bug tongue.gif
Daganev2009-06-01 18:19:10
What is the rough estimate value of the manse? 2K credits?

Oven - 500
Pentagram - 500
Shop - 1000
Stasis gems - 200
---------------------
2200 credits

Fulcrux
7 rooms
Furniture
-----------
1,600,000 gold

So yeah, lots put into it.
Krellan2009-06-01 20:42:48
I'd be interested, but to be honest, I only want the shop and all that other stuff you'll expect me to pay more for. Anyways, if you can't find anyone, let me know and maybe we can work something out.
