Also, I was about 15, and 15 year old me was a monster. 20 year old me is a monster too, but now I tend to stop before the "waterfall of tears" stage of grief, lest people fight back!

EDIT: In fairness (to me, who is awesome - love that fella), there are caveats to each of my crying escapades. The IT teacher was a racist bully who set masses of pointless, database-building busywork, then complained if you didn't complete it fast enough. He also complained if you completed it too fast. Since my hands type like freaky pale-ass spiders, I blitz through most computer-based busywork, meaning he was always on my ass about it. "Why are you just sat there? Get some work done! I can't believe people like you are even allowed to ATTEND this school! So anyway, back to my hilariously racist joke..." Since his last name was "Tranmer", I started referring to him as Tranny. Like "hey, Tranny, howyadoon?" - at first he'd just send me out of lessons or set detentions, but eventually the name stuck and he just glared at me whenever it was employed. (This becomes important later!) The time he cried was when (after completing a spreadsheet and being shouted at for it, I am not even kidding here) me and two of my friends mocked up a bunch of posters of him, including him as a fatter, paler James Bond and one of him as Marilyn Monroe, in that poster where she's stood over a grate holding her skirt down, with "TRANNY" emblazoned on the bottom. His insensate weeping when we posted them all over the school, and the subsequent bullying of him by every other class in the school, was sweet revenge. I hear he got fired eventually for stealing office supplies, too. I wish I could say I snuck a monitor into his car to aid this, but I cannot - he was just a klepto in addition to being a total ass, apparently. C'est la vie!

As for the biology teacher, that was the fault of the rest of the class, too. We didn't even do that much, we were just... pretty noisy. I think she may have had emotional trauma in the past involving noisy people or something. Maybe her cat was ran over by a very loud person? I don't know! Anyway, I escape culpability for that one, largely. I was only like the thir... secondish loudest person there?

The spanish teacher I'll cop to, though. That was mean. Four times, man. I am messed up in the head.

I've never made a teacher cry, but one time a teacher was so terrible that we as a class actually got them fired.

Working the closing shift at work sometimes. People who stay until the -absolute last minute- though I give warnings at 10 minutes to closing, 5 minutes to closing, and a minute or two before closing. And then those people who come in at 5 minutes to closing, say they'll be quick, and I end up closing 15 minutes late because their quick is 20 minutes to find 10 things.

My personal favorite of those people was the guy who wandered in as we were counting the drawers (the door was open because carts were being brought in) and then verbally assaulted all of us because we told him the store was closed, cussed out the manager, then flew off in a huff and ran a red light. We took him to court for assault and trespassing and won. smile.gif

I was so happy, the last place I worked had security guards to chase off last minute customers.

My cat has been wandering around the house acting like she's dying, and making the most horrible meowing sounds like she's in pain. She really doesn't look good at all, either, so I was thinking she's really sick. So, I take her to the vet.

$250 later, I find out she has the cat equivalent of a cold. dry.gif

The fan beneath my graphic card is pretty much dead. So I can only my computer until the card overheats, then it gotta cool down for hours.

Heat makes Jigan angry and not think properly.

Also, one of my computer chair legs broke.

I'm tired, irritable, and not thinking properly. I love summer.

A couple of months ago, my cat came in from outdoors limping, growling and hissing late one night, so I took her directly to the emergency vet.

I paid $180 for the exam and for pain-relieving medication. The verdict? It wasn't a fracture, bite or laceration, but just a soft tissue injury (like a sprain).

In other words, she just had to stay indoors and walk it off. Also, most of the medication ended up splashed on the floor (my hand reduced to a bloody stump, too).

So yeah, essentially $180 down the drain when there was no serious need for it.

I KNOW.

When I don't have a pet, I always want one.

When I do have a pet (or several pets), I love them dearly, but sometimes I wish I had Sea Monkeys or a pet rock instead.

I learned my lesson with ferrets. They're cute, intelligent, mischievous and lovable, but also incredibly high-maintenance (a lot of people don't keep them properly, which is sad). I let mine free-roam a certain portion of the house, which was extra-challenging at first....
Riluna2010-07-18 01:58:31
Tornadoes touching down five miles away from my house, and right after mentioning that, the idiots on the radio decide they want to talk about baseball instead.

One time a few friends of mine and I pissed off our english teacher so much, he called us... well, female genitalia/something one might call a cat. We went around school yelling it, and when the principal called us into the office, we informed him that if our teacher could call us that, we could use the word in everyday language.

Then one time a good friend of mine used the word piss, and was put into detention. His father is a Primitive Baptist Preacher, and sent him to school with a Bible, with the word "piss" marked apparently in the old testament.. I don't think our principal liked our class.

I wish my family had known about pet insurance 20 years ago.

That being said, spent $300 at the vet today (for actually necessary care).

I mean...my druid is awesome...but...he's level 72. He's wearing half northrend awesome gear and half outland suck gear.

On the other hand, my alts are bedecked in Heirlooms and blues, and my main is in a mixture of 232s, 251s and 264s.

Heart of the Oak.

I haven't played WoW since, uh, Halloween, I think. And even then I was behind the gear curve since I couldn't raid with my schedule. My main can't even get into Heroic Halls of Reflection. sad.gif My mage should hit 80 tonight or tomorrow though, that'll be fun.
