My rather new laptop is awesome, but for a tiny but painful problem:

It takes a hard press on my 'n' button for it to register. If I use the same force as I do for the other buttons, it does not register.

It is frustrating enough in normal everyday use, but it just gets worse when playing Lusternia, where a missing 'n' can mean a totally different thing. Eg., going east instead of northeast. Grrr.

As an addition, I do need to go find a USB numpad. I miss using my numpad for movement and LOOK and SC and STAT and other such stuff.

I'll trade you. My normal laptop, if I press P, it types a bunch of random stuff and my keyboard stops working completely.

My laptop...well actually, it's way better then those two.

There are days when I wish I had a laptop in conjunction to my desktop, but that would be asking a lot.

My laptop takes more of a beating than it should. I can alt-tab Hellgate London all day, use Gimp and play Lusternia, whilst Hellgate is paused. It's going to probably break some day because of my abuse.

Rocks in the Shins.. Damn whipper snipping.

WoW, Aion and EVE all open at the same time. My laptop was fine, but my brain snapped from juggling the three at once.

You think that is bad?

Try a Dell Inspiron 5150 sad.gif

My 2004 HP Pavilion a518x, unfortunately, still runs near perfectly, meaning I will have a hard time convincing people that I need to buy a new one sad.gif .

It's your computer's fault (and not yours) if it can't handle at least 7 programs open at once. If one of the programs is a web browser the computer should handle at least 5 tabs open at once (though I prefer 10). If it can't do these simple things kick it a few times, that always helps.

I am dissatisfied that PlayStation Move (and the games) look way better than Kinect and the stuff for that. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. Or maybe I'll buy a PS3 ninja.gif

Oh god you have an Inspiron. Enough said there.

@Fania:
Surprisingly, my laptop does incredibly well. I'm more afraid of it overheating than anything, as the processor is beautiful and could handle most crap I toss at it. (firefox, hellgate, lusternia, and assorted other tabs including all my computer science stuff). But I'm getting the stuff to build a cooling pad ($70 cooling pad at Staples vs. my hack? I think I'll go with a homemade version biggrin.gif )
