My girlfriend and (to a lesser extent) I have got sucked back into neopets recently.
Pyramids is an addictive game.

Also, they started an event one week ago.

I used to play it so long ago, had several accounts, pets, and such, but lost interest, than forgot my password and stuff. Now I'm tempted to go back. I'm wondering what happened to my pets.

I recently took it up again I forgot the oldest of my accounts, the one like, 12 year old one. I have...the 8 1/2 year one still up. Painted pets and all, mrrr. And don't worry, pets won't die, despite me leaving them without food for at least 6 years there. They stay at starving forever. Feed em, they'll go right back to happy, heh.

They are slowly starving to death, suspended in their agony, unable to die yet dying in every tortuous moment that passes. With the bare few breaths they are able to eke from screaming, collapsing lungs, they plead for mercy, for death, and in the flickering darkness of their pain-throttled minds they curse you and long for you, at increasingly pitiful turns.

That is what happened to your pets.

I always imagined them to be like a cross between Tantalus and Prometheus.

Argh! Windows just had to go and update and restart my computer before I could save my triggers and aliases that I had made. There goes my auto-influencer, basher, bashing triggers, auto-learner and chat capture stuff. Frustration!


On hindsight, bleh, my fault. I should have saved more frequently, but urgh, unexpected restarts are annoying!

My laptop had the first video card failure I have ever seen Sunday night, and just had it's second. It immediately 'recovered' but between that and thel black screen of doom I get about once a week, I am very displeased and a little worried. If it was old, maybe. But it's a fairly high-end laptop.

Generally dissatisfied about having such a big mouth and offering to help someone.

Glad that I went to the pub yesterday, because as I turned my computer on this morning I got two emails from Blizzard saying first, my password has been changed due to a security compromise, and seconds later, that my account has been deactivated due to suspicious behaviour.

My last class ends at 2:05. It is completely ridiculous outside! So not cool.

EDIT: Oh even worse, my mom is now calling me and yelling at me to just get home because she's worried about me. So tempting, but I have a huge discussion project thing today that I can't make up, so I can't miss it. :\\ Dudes, if I get involved in an accident because they decided not to close campus for streets that look like rivers, I am going to be most unhappy.

So I've started to get into combat. Joining wargames and sparring. <-- good thing
My brother moves out. And he was the one paying for the internet. <-- bad thing
So now I'm stuck relying on crappy connections that could disconnect at anytime, so what does that mean?
No combat for me, until I can get new internets.
But wait, I don't have a job and have yet to find one, so for an undetermined time I will be unable to participate in any form of combat and thus get better.
FML.

Are you sure that it was from Blizzard and not a scam e-mail?

Yes, I am very sure. I didn't click on the links in the email, I went to the website and tried to sign in and my password was blocked. My account is currently locked. Such wonderfulness.

Sorry to hear that. Have you called Blizzard yet? Imo that's the fastest way to get in touch with them and get your account back.

you just have too many and need to make up your mind of which chars you like most.

I hate my computer. Honestly, its kind of annoying that I can't restart it without it breaking that or this fcking update keeps doing something that just sends into into an infinite loop of "something's wrong, and you need to use windows repair!"
