I enjoyed spirited away alot, the ending actually made more sense than this movie. And didnt have disgusting parasitic worm things that made my stomach turn.

Being so busy with school and trying to find work and just a general apathy about playing right now, sorry to everyone I usually play with, maybe the new year will be a bit better for playing.

I'm having a pretty bad attack of depression, triggered by something really stupid. I'm just glad I'm medicated, 'cause it's usually only this bad when I forget to take my medicine. I have a feeling this will keep me up pretty late, either doing stuff to try to distract myself, or listening to my brain be retarded while I try to go to sleep. Gah! Stupid brain! Can't you just be normal for once!? Maybe it's finally time to try out these sleeping pills... but even though I asked for them, I'm kind of nervous about taking them. Maybe an MSPA binge will help? (It won't, but I'll do it anyway.)

The good news is that if you really are mirroring me here, the MSPA binge usually does help at least a little.

It's just four needles, right? So long as I keep my eyes closed I can keep my cool.

Getting a nastygram message and then the person snubbing me so I can't even defend myself. Not only that, but the person is someone in New Celest, so if we have to defend, there's no way we'll be able to communicate. I guess I'm not going to be defending them again.

I think I have the worst possible final exam schedule.

Due to the windstorm, got home last night to find power had gone out minutes before we arrived (as was made evident by the chorus of UPSes singing). When I left this morning for work, we still didn't have it back.

Fortunately, we have a woodstove so the house was warm, we have a propane cooktop so we could still make dinner, we had enough water pressure for the morning's showers (barely), and our Kindles have enough juice in them for weeks yet, so we had a nice quiet night. Plus, weeks ago I had ordered a new 300-lumen LED lantern to use while walking the dog at night, and by a delightful coincidence, it arrived yesterday afternoon, which I knew from checking tracking at work before heading home. When we came into the dark house, I said to my partner, "hold on, I'll go get the lantern off the porch," thus creating great befuddlement: how had I known to get a lantern and have it be on the porch just in time for the power outage?
