I have a girlfriend and I'm not celebrating Valentine's day. It has to be awful to actually care about that holiday even when you're single.

I'm single and I love Valentines Day. Why? Cause you can always find really awesome chocolate covered strawberries on Valentines day and I love chocolate covered strawberries! And they're not just little puny strawberries dipped in runny chocolate either. Big, juicy berries the size of your palm, dipped in rich dark chocolate or yummy mil chocolate or yummy white chocolate... seriously. It's awesome.

Also, it preceeds the unofficial holiday of 'Half-off Chocolate Day.' How can you not love Half-off Chocolate Day???

I agree with Noola, 9 kit kat chunkys for one pound. What an awesome deal. (My boyfriend and I don't celebrate it, in fact, I'll be away this weekend)

Reading this is the first it has occurred to me that Valentines Day is this month. I'll probably complete forget about it after making this post too. It's actually pretty much the same with every other holiday. o,o

I hate Valentine's day too. Because I work at a cupcake bakery. And before that I worked at a candy shop. People are effing crazy this time of year. It's worse than Christmas.

But we will be making boatloads of money, so there's that.

I was about to say that, but in a joking manner. I've got my eyes on three people. (because I'm greedy, and because I'm willing to mingle and get to know people more now...) But will I get one of them?

I like Valentine's day, because it reminds me of the one Valentines when I did have someone to share it with. He sent me a rose. Such a sweet boy, he was.

Now, back to dissatisfaction: Sometimes, I wonder if there will be more than this. (however, I answered that for myself: There will be more, if I go out and find it)

I am so terribly dissatisfied with reality sometimes. It just feels like 10% of it is missing, at times. That is the root of most of my issues as of late I think. Feeling unengaged and like something is just missing from my life.

Pah, hateful day, just a reminder that I am seemingly incapable of any type of lasting relationship with a guy, or that I can't meet a guy without (A.) me developing a crush on him because he is cute and/or hawt, but straight. or (B.) meeting single gay guys and either instantly getting irritated by them (like earlier tonight at my German tutorial) or (C.) liking them but later inventing reasons why it could never possibly work. Although, at least I stopped (D.) getting drunk, sleeping with a guy and waking up the next morning with "OH EM GEE, wtf was I thinking?"
