I really want to want to play Lusternia, but for some reason or combination of reasons that I can't quite figure out, I don't.

Hope so. I was on a forced break for the week my power was out, and then afterwards I just couldn't seem to get back into things.

Forced breaks can mean something very different subconsciously. You're not doing it at that point because you want to.

Travelled home to visit the family for the weekend, and while I was there and had access to tools, decided i'd change the spark plugs in my car. A couple hours and a LOT of swear words later, I had them in and tried to start it. It started misfiring like crazy and wouldn't run for crap. I soon discovered a broken spark plug wire, and the parts store had 10 minutes before closing. Should be noted that they don't sell individual spark plug wires. You buy the set. A set of spark plug wires for a Lexus will run you about $100 or more, pretty expensive. Managed to get there in time and buy them. Another hour and a lot more cussing later, finally had the car running right. Total cost this weekend? 100(wires) + 40(spark plugs) + 30 (gasoline) = $170.

I don't have a job.

So, I came back home to my apartment after being gone overnight to find that one of my roommates had put solid food down the drain in the sink......
I hate cleaning out pea traps.

And blargh. So much for wanting to make my own costume for once..just to experience and learning crafting. Cutting skills do not like me.

If it's something you love, just treat every attempt as a learning opportunity. I go through a cycle of uncertainty, extreme frustration, catharsis, and eventual satisfaction with every cake I make.

I'm not sure what caused it. I don't even really know if it was one of my roommates, or if it was the guys upstairs who dumped something down the sink. BTW, it's backing up again, so the blockage wasn't in the pea trap after all. I'm going to have to call the landlord again and have him send the plumber again.
The dryer is broken too, so that sucks.

On top of that, it's now raining very hard, and we have an outdoor 9/11 commemoration starting at 5.....

Er..drain blockage problems plus rain..and dryer breaking..ouch. :|
