Failed to predict outcome of both Design Star and America's Got Talent. More disappointed about the former than the latter, but not actually broken up about either.

Today, I had a customer call in over some charges that he had called in earlier about. The notes stated that he had been explained that the charges were legitimate. He told ME that he didn't make the charges. I told him that there was no way of telling if he had made them or not. He then suggested that his phone was hacked and someone used it to make text messages. I again told him that wasn't possible. Then he told me his phone was lost, and that he had later found it. I inquired as to why he didn't report. He said because someone had returned it soon after. During this call, he told me I was a dumb b 
, a stupid broad, a f b as well as a pothead who was on drugs...and a whole bunch of other things. I didn't respond to it in any manner other than to remind him that the charges were legitimate. He then hung up.
Normally, someone calls me names... whatever. But geez.
