Sorry, it bothered me for reasons specific to that roommate, so it was more that he'd betrayed his own morals than anything. That and hearing him accuse anyone else of being selfish or needy or abusive is fairly ironic, even if it's not really him saying it. :shrug:

Ugh, this has been happening for six months now. People always calling my cell phone which is mostly just so my family can reach me (I don't even put it on resumes) when I'm not home. It usually wakes me up, then when I tell them sorry, you have the wrong number, private cell phone they argue with me.

If I knew who the heck this Terry Sheen person was, I'd gladly give you the phone. I might -chuck- something at them too.

At least the person today was polite and asked, you get this a lot don't you and apologized to me.

I had to get two fillings. Now this on it's own isn't the problem. The problem is that my gum hurts because of those needles, and will continue to hurt for days. Owwies.

In my own world of dissatisfaction, I went to the bank for my daily dose of disappointment and discovered that the paperwork for the check issued prior to mine and the one issued immediately after mine have both been processed. But my paperwork remains unprocessed.

Typical!

Developing an impromptu crush on a guy during the last week of school. He actually ended up starting it and might be interested in me.

The bad news: I learned this morning that he's changing schools next year, if not moving away. Tomorrow is my last full day of school, with a half day after that, and I haven't gotten to talk to this guy all that much.

Prolly your number used to belong to someone else. I kept getting temp agency calls to my cell phone, all for the same person, offering her jobs and so on cause I guess my number used to be hers. It stopped when I finally called the number back and then hit the, "Please don't send me job opportunities anymore" option on their automated messager.

I am really starting to lose the ability to find humor in this whole insurance check situation. I have this $5800 check, and I could blow my nose on it and it would have done me more good than it's been doing and today's the supposedly 'latest' that the paperwork would have been processed by and, guess what? NOT PROCESSED! I'm gonna run out of time with my rental and then what? THEN WHAT???? Getting to and from bus stops on my ankle will suck!

Why can't you just go to the bank and deposit the check, then just wait for the check to clear?

Well, other than it'd be exactly the same situation except that I wouldn't be holding the check anymore? Six of one, half a dozen of the other, really.

Why can't the Farm Bureau just do their paperwork so the check goes into positive pay and I can have access to my money?
