General Dissatisfaction Thread

This IS a new mouse. I think it's a wireless issue (can't have non-wireless mice in this room due to layout) but this problem only started recently...it was so bad I got a new mouse and the same problem (at least the new one doesn't doubleclick all day long though). I thought it might be the wireless headset, but it happens even with that turned off and unplugged...

Get a wired mouse with a reeeaallly long wire.

I refuse to use a wireless mouse, the controls are too sluggish for PC gaming.

My advice to the admins: Whenever your idea for an event includes something that will randomly bump people around on the map when they move, go lie down for a few minutes until it passes. We'll all feel a lot better. smile.gif

I'm more annoyed that Marie, WHILST RAIDING US, decided to get cuddly with me.

My rant: Whilst I was not in the room my mother almost burnt the house down, and then found a way to blame it on me, no, seriously, take a moment to appreciate that.

And THEN? Then she found out she MAY have lung cancer, and she found a way to blame THAT on me, too, nothing to do with the two packs a day she was smoking for the past ten/twenty years, then.

I know I should feel sorry for her but it's very hard to do that for someone that makes your life miserable and then blames you for their mistakes.

My grandfather's got cancer. He's 81 and we all knew something like this was coming, so it's not really a big shock, but it still sucks. He's opting out of chemotherapy and done fighting (his wife died in 2003, and he's never really been the same since) so it's only a matter of time until he dies - I doubt he's gonna last out more than a few months.

I went shopping today at Buckle to use up a gift card and I was browsing the shirts and the next thing I know, this guy turns to me and says "What time do you close?" I look around to see if he was talking to an employee I didn't notice, and he was for sure talking to me. I was like.."Sorry, I don't work here...but Buckle closes at 7." I...hate my shopping addiction...I was wearing all apparel you see there...Archaic and all that fun stuff. crying.gif

I stopped by one of the surf shops today while running errands, having decided to spoil myself and get a new leather cuff (the silver on my current one keeps getting tarnished and I'm tired of it and want to switch to nickel plating. Which is shinier anyways).

So anyways, long story short, I dropped a cool four hundred dollars on two pairs of jeans and a necklace.

And I ended up with two new cuffs and a pair of flip-flops the next shop over, because Venus was out. So I understand the addiction. cool.gif
