Not even close. I have one of those. I need like a military grade one with napalm or jellied fuels.

Could just be because I have firefighters in the family, but that sounds to me like a very bad idea... I mean, I'm sure a professional job could be done, but I envision someone in the backyard with duct tape and I cringe.
...What's wrong with duct tape?

... nothing, unless it's meant to be making sure your highly flammable compressed gases don't escape and cause an explosion or something... heh

There is no language alive or dead adequate to express how utterly ecstatic I am that not only is there an aggressive species of wasp invading my home, but that the extermination service who came to fix the problem this morning couldn't find the hive/nest. They also tried to sell me an extra $600 worth of services to fix a nonexistent mold problem in my home.

I'm experiencing perfectly fine performance with a wireless signal at 57% strength I'm ripping off of a fool who didn't secure their network, but my connection times out when I'm connected to our OWN network. No, there's nothing at all wrong with our connection, I'm just imagining it

My new job: working in a chicken plant. Not only do I have to get up at 4am, but I don't get home until 4:45 pm, and I'm on my feet all day either cutting up chickens on a conveyor belt or some other task. Today I spent all day mopping condensation off of overhead pipes above the lines, so my neck hurts like the dickens and my feet are about to fall off.
Not only that, but because I've having to live with family, I can't get online time until about 9pm at night on the weekdays, which cuts into my Lusternia time. I get maybe an hour a day before I have to get some sleep. Bleh.

Just enough time to make me a tent! No but seriously, that sucks mate, I hope it works out for you. I suggest some aerobic morning stretches or Taiqi when you get out of bed to wake those muscles up, and get them ready for the work day. Also, drink hot drinks in the morning for breakfast, like tea/coffee.
Razenth2010-03-10 04:17:00
Dude, at least you have a job. RL is more important unless you're somehow making major bucks off of Lusternia.

For a few months of my life I was stocking groceries at the supermarket. I would often start work at 3am when the customers were away, moving palettes, stocking the shelves/freezer and basically do a lot of physical labor. When I got home at noon I would be exhausted and given my working hours I could not socialize with friends and family or live a normal life. There were no shortcuts or ways to slack off and the salary was close to minimum wage.
I don't think I could have made a career out stocking shelves and this is one of the reasons why I decided to get an education; I finish my degree next month. In any case it's good to hear that you've found a job but if you don't like it you can change.

To review (major problems only):
1. Bad weather the entirety of my vacation which kind of sucked in general
2. Depression
3. I got home and my car was dead in the garage
4. This weekend I walked downstairs to be greeted by the site of bees all over my living room floor (80+ at last count)
5. Oh wait they're wasps and the extermination service couldn't find a nest but hey how about giving us $600 for your nonexistent mold issues?
6. Walked into the kitchen this morning, glanced out the window, and discovered that a significant portion of the fence separating my yard from that of my neighbor's has collapsed.

All-essays test in my least favorite subject today. Two tests in other classes also today, but not essays, so I can deal.
Pardon me, I'm going to go study instead of going to my first class...
