Great people coming along to RP with Lillie at a terrible time for Lillie to do any RPing.

Just realized that if I want the system I'm working on to be any sort of user friendly I'm going to need to construct supplemental GUI features and use Lua's C-API and some annoying UDP shoe-horning to get them to do everything I need AND still play nice with MUSHClient. And now my ambitious little bash assistance module (essentially lets you search for mobiles based on rewards, locales, and risk levels with your current class/race/level/skills/items and equipment and travel to said areas, with a bit of targetting and risk mitigation assistance) just turned into a massive pain in the ass.

Given that I have an article coming down the pipes for the local newspaper, am working on 2 magazine articles and a short story, and my novel has ground down into the agonizing realms of mental blue-screen despite my extensive outlining and research (mainly due to author fatigue), I just want to cry.

Meh, given that my time for coding has to be sandwiched between actually keeping myself warm and fed and paying for my (very) soon to be elite membership, along with Lusternia character related stuff (trying to decide if I should just start out fresh and retire my very old main for a new opprotunity rather than just an endless stream of temp alts for when Akraasiel exhausts me) I feel a little overwhelmed.

That and I need to face that fact that the length of the project probably just jumped half again (or more) in duration. Well at the very least it'll have a lot of the groundwork already laid for my PvP system, which will follow... god knows how long from now. Looks like I'll be using modified Treant for at least another year. It's not too bad, but I just get itchy knowing that I'm dealing with a free system and my own (barely) cobbled together patches for the aeon/sap handling and offensive techniques.

Not abscessed. Rotted...the teeth came in. Then they just...got bad. Well, according to the dentist, since he is the one who saw them come in years ago, they came in with grooves, and very far back, which made them harder to clean, so they...rotted...it's...unpleasent to talk about how teeth rotted. Suffice to say, more brushing all around, like, tons. Eurgh

My special needs cat had a seizure this morning...he's been acting a little weirder than usual the past few days, but he just gets weird sometimes, and we didn't think anything of it. He's been at the vet all day...they're saying he's going to need to see a cat neurologist to make sure there's nothing wrong with his brain that wasn't already a problem, so I guess we're going to be going over there to get him soon and take him to one. I hope he's ok. It's really stressing me out.

My colorguard instructor had a cat that had brain damage from where a car ran over its head (No lie) and it didn't die, but it developed random quirks, like it would have a seizure when it would try to meow, it would roll around flip onto its back go bone stiff. Then get up and walk to the water bowl like nothing happened.

Drama that isn't my own, but technically is because it has to do with my significant other.

My fiancé's phone hasn't been working right, so for the first time in almost a year now, I didn't get to talk to him before work. Probably seems silly, but I love him so much, and we haven't gone a single day yet where we haven't spoken on the phone.

Aw, I'm like that too. Even if we fight we make up in a few hours.

*nods* Same with me and my guy. I'm so excited that he'll be with me in less than a couple of weeks. These are the longest 2 weeks ever though. ><

Rant: I have to wait until August for that.

I got my passport a few days, two I suppose, somefin's ago and, like every legal Id that I have or have had in ever, it looks like a mugshot!

And to add to that, I'm starting to have doubts if I should even migrate anymore, or something. I know my mother's been working on it for more than six, seven years but GRR. I don't feel like leaving anymore, now. I won't get to see my thirteenth cousin on my mother's side, get a chance at the ONLY long-term female crush of mine who just turned single, whee! Yes. I still have hope to heterosexuality, as absurdly disturbing as it is...
