Ugh I wish there was a way to bring up a certain person's posts in a thread, like on the mafiascum forums where you can just select the person's name at the bottom of the thread and see all their posts. Would be so helpful...

For the record, I left the mafia game because I just had dental surgery. I'm on pills that make me drowsy, I'm sleeping all the time, and I get very hostile when I sleep too much or am in pain. I didn't want to inflict this on the mafia players so I asked to be replaced. Although I totally understand if Myrkr wants to modkill me, there's not much I could have done with that r ole anyway

if you click the arrow to the right of their name, there's a dropdown menu which allows you to see their posts, which is useful if they only post in mafia mostly.

Doing a reread...

In the other game Shiri mentioned lurkers, and it got me thinking - since nothing is really happening we could just lynch a lurker. Will post some new thoughts in a bit after I'm finished.

2. Aerotan: Seems very merry mellow, still. He's too noncomitting for my tastes.

3. Zynna: No change from earlier observations. She still seems to just gulp up things that have been said before.

4. Kiradawea: Still me. Still crazy.

5. Daganev: Very proactive. Me like. Although there are a few things that make me iffy, but that'll be for later. Right now there are better targets.

7. Shaddus: Like this guy. I was content with him being Shaddus-like. But then he had the vote for BaLi and the "I don't have to explain this do I?". Attitude like that can cause a lynch train with little or no substance behind it. People make up their own reasons, especially scum, and when those reasons aren't discussed, it becomes an easy lynch. Especially when it came right after an episode of BaLi being just plain unhelpful. I'll be keeping an eye on this guy from now on.

8. Noola: Where has she gone? It's like she went into lurker mode. I'd want her to speak more.

9. Rika: This one too. She's a potential for a train, but she isn't responding. Maybe she's hoping that it'll blow over? Or, she might just be busy. Same with Noola, but I still don't like lurkers.

10. Arix: Honestly. I now feel that Arix should be lynched. Player-switching midgame always causes hell, and even then, he's just been all over the place, and Esano pointed out a point of interest in that he was very eager to share "more" information about his role today, even though he said he couldn't on day 1. He might just be a SK that is either our "vig" or got blocked tonight.

11. BaLi: Being an oddball. But this is apparently regular BaLi behaviour, and at least he's pushing for something (a lynch of Arix). Not someone I feel a need to focus on right now.

12. Solanis: Funny. No longer random statements that people aren't doctors. What happened to his Paranoia? He is someone I would want to focus on.

14. Esano: He pointed out how Arix was still sharing information about his role, a fact I missed. Good, but he still needs to post more.

In summary, I think focus should be on either Arix (with intent to lynch. Random power AND random target is just too dangerous to keep around), Solanis (for his sudden lack of paranoia) and Shaddus for his "I don't have to say why" comment. It just rubs me the wrong way.

Well, I still wouldn't have unvoted back then, but I see where you're coming from.

Two and three I agree with you, but it seems "everyone" went lurkerish just recently. I still find Solanis and Shaddus to be more suspicious though (and Arix to be more dangerous). But I'll consider it tomorrow, after I've slept.

Meanwhile, Rika, Esano, Noola and Zynna can start talking more. Oh, and is it possible to be given a vote-count please?

Ok, I've gone over everything. I originally set out to make a case against Esano, the biggest lurker, but found myself enjoying his posts and what he had to say. I'm getting a strong pro-town vibe from him. This leaves Zynna, Rika, and Solanis. Zynna doesn't seem to have alot of time, and tries to contribute, this makes it hard to get a decent read on her. After going over Rika's posts its hard to say whats going on - there is this strange Rika/Arix feud. Do they just not like each other or is something more going on? Her posts have been a bit predatory, lurky, and wagony - I wouldnt mind hearing her claim. This leaves Solanis. The "paranoid" person who insisted Konton was a doctor (remember this gem?)



For that, I would go Solanis over Rika. I am willing to look at both of them... but after going over all the lurkers and their antics, I keep coming back to Shaddus. Shaddus lied about randomly voting for me. Voting for people without explanation. After Konton's death his text turns a murderous red. Just as he says he gets a bad vibe from me, I get a bad vibe from him. The alternating colours thing just seems fishy, and should not be taken as a sign he's autotown. Multiple roles with colour requirements? Really? Also, there was nothing at all in Konton's role that mentioned Shaddus ( In post 297 he claims that when Konton dies his color changes ). So why would Konton's role not mention Shaddus? Something is amiss there.

I never thought I'd say this, but I think we should lay off Arix. For now.
