I always carry like, 20 preserved mutton chops, it gets a bit weird, cuz she eats NOTHING but mutton chops...

I don't think his works that way. His scipting and plugins and stuff all have to point to the exactly named file, IIRC. Which, I'm pretty sure, means that if I tried to use a different world file, a bunch of stuff wouldn't work. I asked him if there was a way once and he said it was something he was planning on working on.
