No hugs for you sad.gif

If it weren't violating IC/OOC, I would be so tempted to add "hug" to my spam-in-every-room-to-get-chasers set of actions now...

That's why we put up gravity. So we can hug you more easily.

It'd very likely be hard to add to an existing system not designed with such things in mind (such as if you only have one "slot" for spouse), but it'd be pretty simple to include in a newly designed or redesigned system (such as if you have a separate record in a database for relationships, to implement a "many-to-many" in database terms). Still, I get the sense Estarra wouldn't allow it even if the oft-discussed revamp of the family system got implemented.

They already added basically infinite bloodbond slots, which I assume are the same as marriage slots except without the "are you already married?" check and different descriptions.

Uhm, never read Wheel of Time?
Elostian2010-04-10 20:11:45
It's called wheel of time because it goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on...

Until the mother censor.gif went and died before finishing. Who gave him permission to quit?

Thankfully, Harriet picked my favorite author to finish it.
Riluna2010-04-10 21:41:05
Wait, what? RJ died? That makes me feel just fine that I quit reading those stories halfway through. I stopped, for the very reason that Elostian mentioned. I like stories that end. Now they never ever will?
Ileein2010-04-10 21:42:18
This is the epic fantasy cycle that never, never ends
it goes on and on my friends
some people started reading it not knowing what it was
and they'll keep reading it forever just because
this is the epic fantasy cycle that never, never ends...

Brandon Sanderson is finishing the last three books.

It'll be epic if he finishes the second one and says, "Just need two more books, guys." It'll be like Jordan never left us.
Unknown2010-04-10 21:59:43
The only books I still hope the author will finish is 'Song of Fire and Ice' anyway.
Unknown2010-04-10 22:08:12
I find it hilarious when people rant about my combat system on another combat system's clan channel. Firstly, if you're a member of said clan AND you don't like Treant, why are you using it? Secondly, did you report any issue to the coder? No, you didn't. biggrin.gif
Lehki2010-04-10 22:10:02
Gets me frustrated when I get stuck on the first few clues in one of these nature challenge type things. Spend so long trying to find a few difficult spots, that other people who spent time on easier ones first will probably just have somebody who can tell them where it was. My last like 8, I didn't even have to stop to think about that much. xP

But woo, sixth, anyway.
