It was mostly sarcasm and also, when you have such a broad law that hinges on common sense in a city like Gaud, you're bound to meet difficulty.

Its great if you thrive on that sort of thing. It does require the right players in government, though. (this is not a secret jab at anyone- I think it went great tonight)

Vaugeness and interpretations abound! (though, we're working on making things much less vague in the interest of not driving people bonkers.)

I do! Only reason I'm in Halli is because of your treaty with Mag, but that is besides the point. But yeah, not driving people bonkers is a good thing. I have some ideas, but I'll let you do your thang.
