I'm fairly sure it's the generic name for the Fingerblade of dha'Wyrden-cree and its equivalents in other orgs. All orgs have a unique travel item granted by some ridonkulous quest, and they're similar to a transplanar cubix, so there you go.

Was pretty epic, we only had like 7 people and no meld on a flooded node with OP scorpions. I wish it was logged, my many deaths and all.

I think we all (from both parties) died horribly to that scorpion kill room, heh.

Also, an orgbix is the coined term for the Epic Quest reward. For Glomdoring, it's the Fingerblade of dha'Wyrden-cree - it has exits to important locations for Glomdoring. HELP EPIC QUESTS, I think.

The word "fingerblade" makes me think of like, brass knuckles, or a punch dagger, only only attached to one finger.
