I was willing to fight any of them 1v1, or at least give it half a try, knowing I'd lose to anyone except maybe Thul. But no, that's not how Lusternia works. It's not a kill if it's not an absolutely inescapable overkill.
If it makes you feel better, I will combat spar you.

This is what I go through every time I try to defend. Except without the hope for the future of Ongaku. I just kind of sit there going, "T_T NEVER GONNA GET DEMI AT THIS RATE! *runs off to hide in manse and escape defense*"
I've also taken to telling myself that just because I'm a guild leader doesn't mean I have to defend. >.> I'm like the head secretary! I do paperwork and stuff! No one should expect me to fight. What am I gonna do, give them papercuts? Really nasty ones that could... um... you know... become infected!

And then the infection will become septic, and it will spread to their heart and they will die.

The mass of helpfiles I have been working on from 6 PM yesterday until 5 AM today, then from 12 PM til now are finally piecing together.

Ah, but the forms were filled out incorrectly. It's the officer worker's version of an STD that eventually rots your brain.

Great, I put the wrong date on a form last week. Guess that means spontaneous tertiary syphilis. Why do these things always happen to me?

Because the Gods hate you. Also, Shuyin. But that's for unrelated reasons. Ask Eventru.

I need to learn how to be as random as you in a way that people don't question it or think I'm annoying.

But we are emotionless automatons, if the forms are filled out incorrectly we simply reject them and do nothing else.

But first you must read them in order to know that they are wrong. Should it give you a papercut, you can't just REQUEST DENIED an infection.

Wanna bet? We are the Collective.
Still, even if an adjunct were to die we simply assign their body to another purpose and locate an appropriate replacement while dividing their duties temporarily amongst the other units.
edit: Also in hallifax reports come on circluar gemstone discs with holes in the centre (from memory atleast)

Anyone who actually thinks all Hallifaxians are soulless automatons must have never met the Skyplumes
And now for a tweetything: I've hit a mental block with designs and it is driving me crazy. I keep getting more ideas but can't do anything with them.

Designation Skyplume is currently assigned to Project Masquerade, an attempt by the board of directors to convince foreigners that the collective has emotion for the sake of diplomatic relations. Of course to ensure the success of the project those involved have had their memories and personalities adjusted.
Can you tell that I am really, really bored at work right now?
for a tweet: Oh noes... I think I might have come up with... a project
but I've been chilling in 'lostians outer circle for so long
