For those wishing to advance from novicehood and joined us from the Portal of Fate, you can complete four of these tasks in order for one advancement, and eight for a complete advancement out of novicehood. The tasks may come from any heading.

Someone tell me where the censor.gif it says do the full heading. I don't see it, but obviously there is some sort of code that says DO ALL HEADINGS.

Right there.

Just trash the headings and give a list. Use line breaks only to split it up a bit here and there, maybe. If it's still an issue, try seperate ghelps, GHELP HISTORYTASKS, GHELP EQUIPMENTTASKS, etc. My issue with it was that the tasks are CRAZY EASY so it seems like it really should be an entire heading to actually be worth it as a task. But I'm an alt, so I have no clue how real newbies view it.

I don't think they should be difficult, I just like giving options. Maybe that's my problem.

It's not a problem! I like options!

It's not a problem, it's just that personally, I looked at those and said "Huh, that's it? Maybe it is a whole heading" because I'm used to standard lists of "Do all of this and you'll get an advance."

I actually really like them, though that's from a "Prove you're an alt and we don't need to bother each other" standpoint.

Ok, so, it was mentioned earlier in the thread that Shofangi = Greenlock + Hulk out (bleeding or damage kill, I'm guessing?) and Nekota is Slitlock + Posion (+ bleeding?).

How do Ninjakari and Tahtetso go for their kills?
Unknown2010-07-09 19:05:55
Spam tendon until burstorgans and spam hemiplegy until prone/flutter to instakill.
Lehki2010-07-09 19:08:39
Person A: Hey, who does Seren hate more, me or Person B?
Me: Person A.

5 minutes later, Person B raids Etherwilde. Lulz.

Also why are there no forgers in gaudi to make swords for my alt? ):

Ack. Totally put this in the wrong thread, but thanks.

Well, Person B obviously felt jealous. laugh.gif

We all use Akui, who's feeling a bit RL stressed out at the moment.

I finally just learned enough forging to do my own newbie flails and called it a day.

Ooh, thanks. I'm installing Treant soon so that takes care of my curing, but I had no idea what Tahtetso offense looked like. Time to put Bomir'rak in all my kata forms. suspicious.gif

How do you stick flutter, though? It was hard enough sticking Phobia/AmpPhobia as a TP, and those don't even set up for an insta. sad.gif
Kante2010-07-09 19:44:51
Just press random buttons. You'll still win as a Tahtetso if you do that.
Unknown2010-07-09 19:47:28
But random buttons won't do anything because I haven't set up my faceroll macros yet! laugh.gif

Whoever the very first person to coin the phrase "Drama llama" was, they probably did not realize the scope of their seemingly random and kind of cute rhyme. laugh.gif

We have alpacas and llamas where I work, and drama llamas give them a bad name!

(We also have fennec foxes OMG.)

Illithoid do not have hair.

Unless they've bred with something(someone) that does.

Actually, I think most races do not naturally have hair.

Trill, Merian, arguably/possibly mugwump, dracnari, lucidian, kephera, illithoid are all hairless naturally, I believe.

Furrikin, tae'dae, loboshigaru, aslaran and partly igashos are naturally hairy, with humans, elfen, faelings, orclach, taurians being 'normal' by our standards.

What about krokani?

I'm sitting here writing up Shofangi kata forms, even though I'll likely never be a Shofangi. I should probably do something productive.
