Well, I have been thinking about changing my race from a Trill to something else (don't know what, need suggestions). I am a Celestine and, at level 72, my max vitals are:

Health : 3208/3208 Endurance : 13720/13720
Mana : 3756/3756 Willpower : 16960/16960
Ego : 4620/4620

Celestine, Merians are the best, being Celest's Specialty race... But it's up to you... However, you have a brother, changing race would sort of destroy the already good RP...

Either RP or other related things...

No, no, no, this is not true. Merian is one of the worst you can choose, Trill is also not that great.

But it depends on what you want.

If you want to hunt, go human. You'll get a nice bit of tankiness, and as you get your human evolution stats, you actually get a nice int score for bashing.

If you want to PK, go human. Great stats later on, which will help you tank through damage to get to a kill state. If you want to PK and don't care about how bad you're bashing is, Loboshigaru is actually a good race too. The int is pretty bad for hunting, plus you won't have the human xp bonus. But level 3 health regen is sweet, and you'll have great con.

If you want to influence and you don't care about hunting or PvP, any race with a high charisma will work. Human isn't the best race for influencing, but with beauty blessing, netzach, throne, plus some levels on you, you can get a respectable charisma. Actually, if influencing is your thing, you could just stay Trill.

Overall, I would say Human is the best Celestine race, but there's room for other ones too, depending on what you like to do.

Trill is actually designed to be an influencing race now, actually. And once again you ignore me... I see how it is.

Well, I am not big on influencing, but I do agree with the RP argument. On the other hand, I am starting to gain RP reason to reject the family(it's the sister). The reason why I want to change is because I see people who are 20+ circles/levels lower than me, but have the same amount of health as me. I am leaning towards staying the same until I get a really good reason to reject the family and reincarnate into a human.

The cool thing about Lusternia being a MUD with roleplay is the roleplay. I personally suggest you focus on playing what you like, rather than what's best.

Unless what you like is also what's best, but what I'm trying to say is don't choose things simply because they're the best.

I've always wanted to have a tae'dae, they seem like they'd be fun to play- big, friendly, wise but not smart... Not so good for hunting, though, or PK if that's your thing.

Having spied on your skills and noted that you don't in fact, have high influence skill, I'd suggest a race that has a good endurance and intelligence. Your skills also tell me you shouldn't choose a PVP race; that rules out stuff like loboshigaru that have great endurance but crappy intelligence. I wouldn't want to see you sitting at level 72 forever 'cause you can't bash for beans.

With that in mind, I'd suggest something like lucidian, dracnari, aslaran, or good ole human.

Now if you want to RP, go ahead and choose imperial merian. Just expect your health to drop and be more squishy than ever.

If you are female, go kephera. If not, go lucidian or possibly dwarf.

edit: Female kephera stats are amazing, plus the resists. Anyone who argues is a retard. Also, tae'dae sucks. Veyrzhul was a tae'dae and while he was ridiculously annoying in combat (shield stun+heretic spam), the stats suck and a bard will eat you alive.

I agree with Celina and Furien - female kepheras make good celestines - be it for rp, influencing and combat.

Personally I would go mugwump, but I am sadistic...
