While we are not tarot cards, there had to be some reason why she had that picking system...perhaps the card represents the role (and its powers).

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 25 2009, 05:32 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Yea, we probably was expecting something from Ilyain's post

What is the vote count anyways...highest is four or five votes on someone?

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 26 2009, 07:48 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Does this mean they choose people with the two divine?

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 27 2009, 04:19 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I'm always quiet in anything I do, most of you should realize this about me now. I make very short posts about odd things I notice, if they haven't been stated from me.

is there anything specific you was trying to 'pressure from me, Dag?

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 28 2009, 07:45 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
the roles themselves don't really do much for mafia. Its more about powers that people have that should be a focus. Who has the most useful power to the town.

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 28 2009, 07:54 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
instead of focusing on who is what, we should be worried about their powers (that is the townies, not the SK people)

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 28 2009, 08:06 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Mostly three. and a a little bit of two.

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 28 2009, 08:07 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
The name doesn't really do us any good on day one. Knowing the power and how harmful to us is really want we should try to get out of people on day one, to me.

QUOTE (Ayisdra @ Jul 30 2009, 10:19 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
What -exactly- would you like me to say or do? I'm not really one for repeating things really. Its day one, I believe nothing really that helpful comes from day one as we don't know anything.

If we can't lynch Furien then I want to look at Ayisdra for lurking. These are all of her posts from day one. Only post on day two is a page back. I understand you were moving so I'll give you absence on day two as exscusable but you spent most of day one not talking and when pressure on it just saying that it is just day one and day one isn't important so you have no need to talk. This is mostly a scum tactic. Town wants to push people to talk and chat so they can show they are town and figure out who is scum. Scum will stay silent to hide themselves. And the little bit you did talk seemed to push for people to reveal their roles, something scum would want.
Daganev2009-08-04 18:17:30
Ok, so what is the "light of recent events" that you are talking about?
Daganev2009-08-04 18:19:45
Is Aysidra one of those people who didn't vote day 1 or day 2?

Just checking back the last couple of pages ... and with some of what was said yesterday. In some regards, I can see Furien's alleged chain of events. The Xavius aspect of it ... Maybe in light of recent events was an incorrect statement ( I was in a bit of a rush ) ... but we made a mistake yesterday in completing the lynch and getting rid of a townie with a daykill. I almost stopped his yesterday, not going to let the same mistake happen again ...

I just have two questions for you.

1. Is furien a cop or an investigator?

His role is sensitive to alignments and can be used in a way beneficial to the town, thus giving him an investigative aspect, yes.
QUOTE
2. Assuming everything furien is currently saying was true, would lynching him in any shape or form be "the worst mistake of our lives"?

If we're lynching him for hyperbole, we're lynching you first. tongue.gif
Daganev2009-08-04 18:37:29
Oh, I thought perhaps you had some concrete knowledge on someone who was lying yesterday or is definitely scum.

So our options today are Rika or Aysidra?
Unknown2009-08-04 18:43:07
I'd rather go for Aysidra at least to get more people talking. If someone is not talking then it is too easy for them to hide. Unvote Vote: Aysidra
Xavius2009-08-04 18:46:20
I can get on board for a lurker train, sure.

Unvote: Daganev
Vote: Ayisdra

So would you say that someone who has a daykill ability is also a cop because after they kill someone you can see if they are town or not?

I can't believe you are falling for this junk.

Lets look at how a cult works.

A cult leader can only convert townies into the cult. A cult wins when the cult consists of more cult members than townies. True, only townies can be converted, but once they are, they are no longer townies!

Please point to my hyperbole... Come on... Let's be honest here. When everyone first read Furien write "This is the worst mistake of your life" , did you think that he meant that was a cult leader with the ability to use his culting powers for the sake of the town? Or did you think that perhaps he was actually an important role like a doctor or cop?

Then why argue that he is a "COP NOT A REPORTER" when the truth is, his powers are much more similar to a reporters than they are to a being a cop?

But whatever, Dugan is letting the cult live another day.

I guess we should assume that Rika also "just made an honest mistake" and completely misunderstood alergictosabre. No possiblity that this was done on purpose to avoid the scummy actions. I think we should just assume that everyone is making "innocent mistakes" and lynch the lurkers then? But they have outside life responsibilities, they aren't actually lurking...

Does anyone have any actual proof of anything? (btw, who was trying to lynch Ilyarin today?)

Dugan2009-08-04 19:05:19
Dang Dag ... you are coming across very frustrated, angry and maybe even a bit hostile. Maybe you need to step away from the screen for a bit ....

Can you explain again why you decided it would be a good idea to protect someone who is a self proclaimed cult leader?

I don't like how single-minded he is in this, or how he's ignoring actual events so he can cherry pick the things that he thinks he can use to get Furien lynched.
Daganev2009-08-04 19:30:09
What am I cherrypicking? I'm looking at ALL his posts, not just the ones he wants us to focus on.
What crackpipe are you smoking Xavius?

I'm not going into different directions, why can't you just answer the simple question.
Daganev2009-08-04 19:55:41
lol, xavius is calling me single minded, and dugan is saying I'm going in multiple directions... got to love it.
Ilyarin2009-08-04 20:05:16
Ayisdra's lurking is mighty suspicious, if it's true she hasn't voted either today or yesterday. chin.gif I can still see both sides of the Daganev/Xavius(+Dugan) opposition so I'm not comfortable voting either way. Xavius's voting seems to have been fairly fluid, though, and I don't recall it being like that in previous games which makes me slightly disconcerted.

All said and done, Ayisdra seems like the safest place for my vote, if only to stop her lurking and get more information. Vote: Ayisdra.
