Greetings Cantors,

I Zixen Eli'Silar fellow cantor and ex administrator of such guild, am
displeased with what is going on. We do know we lack of members and some
are not as active as they used to be. Jayden, what is this contestation
toward Lady Purveyor Vusilk? I have not seen her around but since the
time she stepped up she makes a good job. Why am I displeased by such
work? How will I make up to the good job She has made or am I sure I can
do a better job? How will I make a better job? What experience of
administrating do I posses? How active am I? Is my activity time enough?
This are common questions you always have to take in consideration
before going to make another leader fall. I have not contested Lady
Vusilk because I like the job she has done so far. This goes directly to
all. Make a post before contesting that way all the members can discuss
of such theme as the members are the ones that put anyone up in
positions.

First off, don't order Jayden to make a post. If you wish to suggest it
or ask why he hasn't, then do so. Although I wish he would write a post
explaining these things, it's none of my business if he doesn't.
Furthermore, it's not your concern either, especially to tell a higher
ranking member of the guild to do something. If you don't like it,
contest the position yourself so you actually have a say and some rank.

Secondly, if you were active or even spoke to leaders in the guild every
now and then, you would know why Jayden is contesting. I don't know if
Vusilk is doing a bad job or good job, but Jayden feels he can do a
better job. Whether he can or not remains to be seen, but he's willing
to try, and that's what matters. Jayden has been a member of this guild
for a long time, and I'm somewhat sure he's willing to work on improving
it, and not quit the guild because things don't go his way.
+Thirdly, a message to Jayden could have sufficed. Instead, you have
opened your mouth much like a blaring trumpet in order to bring
attention to something which shouldn't matter. If you were truly worried
about Jayden's wishes for the guild or even his reasons for contesting,
a message or letter would have worked much better.
