Since you mentioned it and since I was going to ask eventually anyway: does RoA block both denizen and player damage? Bodyguard only works with denizens according to the wiki.

RoA only blocks physical damage and has a 15% chance of doing that, from either denizens or players. Bodyguard only works on denizens and has a 8% chance of blocking any type of damage.

Madam Yith fixes you with an unsettling glance.
Madam Yith says, "You walk so loudly, human."
You say to Madam Yith, "My apologies, Madam Yith.."
You incline your head politely to Madam Yith.
Madam Yith snarls viciously at you.

She does that to everyone. I was a Sohei 3-4 times, and an illithoid most of the time, and I always walked too loudly.

Glomdoring recently went commercial style to try it out for kicks, so they've decided to try and get the ball rolling on that.

Therefore, here is Wyrden Propaganda at its finest.

QUOTE
"Know Your Foe - Rockeaters", By the Free Alliance of Glomdoring (Page 1)

Know Your Foe!
--Rockeaters--

Who is the rockeater?

The rockeater is a hated enemy of the Glomdoring. Contrary to what this
moniker implies, rockeaters do not eat rocks. What they consume is
actually a mixture of the inclination to work hard and be rewarded,
spiders, and the wyrd. Rockeaters are among the greatest threats to
Glomdoring's stability. Where there is vileness and apathy, there you
will always find the rockeater.

Quick Facts

Fact: Rockeaters were created by the elder god Bollikin, the same divine
atrocity who splintered into the furrikin so frequently found in
Serenwilde. Could Serenwilde be using the rockeaters to plague us?

Fact: Rockeaters attack with fire. Pyromancers also attack with fire.
The City of Gaudiguch, and its propensity for languor and drug-addled
debauchery are well known. Where dwell the Illuminati, beware of
coincidence.

Fact: Rockeaters are aggressive breeders. Day after day they swarm the
mountainsides and the undervault, despite even the most relentless
hunting. Are they mere foot soldiers, or is it possible that they are
part of a greater scheme?

Where the Enemy Lives

Rockeaters are a dangerously adaptive species, able to survive in a
variety of environments. They live in mountains. They live in the seas.
They live underground. They live in the squalid ruins of the Celestian
Empire. Rockeaters are known to cavort with cave fishers, both alive and
undead. These beasts are responsible for the deaths of countless commune
members. Make no mistake - these creatures are not benign in any sense
of the word. They lay in wait, seeking only to destroy.
