Magnagora probably has the most difficult collegium. Also, our power quest seems to be designed to slaughter newbies but it also gives the greatest rewards in terms of exp, karma and gold. Celest is a cake walk by comparison.
Glomdoring is fairly middle of the road.

This is kinda late, but I disagree. I found Serenwilde's most difficult (and I actually find Celest confusing, in other places the places you need to be are more visible). Glomdoring has the easiest collegium of the lot, with the only mildly hard one being the planar. Magnagora has the power quest which may be annoying and the annoying influencing one, but both don't require the herbs needed for Seren and Celest (which can be hard for poor new players without too much gold).
Aaaand I think best RP is in Guardians and mages, the history is more behind them, and they have alot of well-known names. The fact any event can connect to them allows so much interaction, just execution is probably more question. I like Shadowdancer RP, but it is high maintenance and without people doing rituals (which has been issue lately) it is elitism thing. Glom is quite rich in RP though when people can do it, we do have also have hideously low numbers in US off-peak which can stifle anything but "oh great Narsrim is back killing daughters again, oh and dwarves too." Anyway this may be late, but good to have you here.

I think most of the guilds have good RP potential (though bards and monks...not so much). I just especially enjoy the Warrior archetype and the RP that can come from that. Especially commune-based Warrior guilds, since I place a lot of emphasis on a soldier mentality and spirit-worship.
What I'm trying to say is, Ebonguard is awesome.

But the City guilds place MORE focus on Soldier Mentality...

Yes, but no spirit worship in the cities.
I'm trying to move the Ebonguard into a more disciplined, barbarian soldier-like guild, but with spirit worship and what have you. 'll be cash.

...I got the first part, but the second part just kind of lost coherency.
Also, why am I a scaly rabbit?

Yeah, sometimes I have trouble expressing what I mean. Basically, I want the Ebonguard to be like barbarians, in a way, but with more discipline. Get it?
As for scaly rabbit, Kialkarkea seems like...a fluffy, and she's a Dracnari. Thus, scaly rabbit.
