All the time. When I was younger it was a lot more severe and they would pretty much be mirror images but now it isn't as bad. A little movement, sort of a twitch, when I move my fingers. Only time it is severe now is if I am concentrating or straining. I was helping clear out a basement yesterday and picked up a tool box with another guy, we each had one handle. I picked it up with my left hand and my right hand formed into a fist like it was wrapping around a handle.

One is also true, I love flying, best part is the turbulence. Bread mold, on the other hand, sends me into a panic and nurses have to hold me down to draw blood.
