There is a pool of blood there that goes to a random room on astral (and changes rather rapidly). But, again, it's not any kind of a Nexus connection.

I don't see a good thing at all about this, maybe that conglut has been lowered, but not I just feel like I transed a skill for nothing.

All the changes aside from that though are god awful.

I think of it as "hey I got a new skill for free" but I am a little disappointed. I transed planar solely for conglut so it'd be nice if I could undo or refund some lessons and redirect them elsewhere.

Conglute lowered == good for the playerbase.

No, but they can track (i.e., jump to someone) almost immediately.

While that is nice, I think that it'd be helpful to give them a follow command, to keep them with the group, especially given that the guardians are meant as support of other players rather than as main defenders.

Also, can a player in a guardian shell hear clan-chatter?

I think they can only hear and talk on the city/commune channel.

That might be a little problematic since a lot of organizations use clan chatter for organizing and such so as to avoid cluttering the general CT for people who are not actively engaged in the defense. Maybe add guardians hearing any clans deeded to the commune or an associated guild?

Communication on all channels should be allowed, since communication is the most vital part to a good raid/defense.
