Well I do understand the knockdown/ringingear with paralysis from an artied AL is nasty, don't get me wrong. I also understand your health is relatively low so high damage/wounding warriors are going to eventually win if you don't cripple them.

In reality, it was your fight to lose as Ixion has the arties, demigod, and stun spam that are all difficult to deal with.

My best suggestion to you is move around a whole lot more. Don't stand in his room and keep treebane up. It honestly will help a lot.

Thanks!

And for what it's worth I was running quite a bit, my side was pretty much full of "RUN - oh your paralysed, cure that and RUN, oh you're stunned wait a bit TRY oh you're paralysed." Then I pretty much just got tired of that and decided "Whatever I know how it'll inevitably turn out" and decided to mess around a bit before the stun-paralysis kicked in.

Lol, it's like you guys selectively forgot that Narsrim teamed first, but hey sure.

NO COMBAT IN LUSTERNIA AMIRITE

Less redundancy please. I already described how the Viynain vs me turned into more than that.

Jozen2009-09-18 04:44:16
Less flaming, more constructive criticism.
Ronny2009-09-18 07:36:38
Tumbling through your own briars sounds like a good idea. Except you forgot briars so remember it next time?

He didn't forget briars...

QUOTE
As you stumble through the briars, you become entangled in the morass of vines and nettles.

In the trees above narrow path curving around the mountain. (v7389)
Superimposed over this location, an ethereal forest reaches up to the sky. The bright sun shines down, blanketing you with its life-giving
warmth. Ghostly spirits float over the ground, faces gleaming with war paint. A wall of briars has grown here in a tangle

Briars don't cover every single exit, they cover exits at random when summoned.

Edit:: You can't even keep summoning them so they hit other exits that were missed. Rubble is far superior in this as stonerain is a passive effect that drops rubble every 10 seconds theoretically hindering more exits each time

You can't summon briars in your entire demesne over and over. Says "your demesne already has briars in it" or some such.

Just do it individually.

Druid combat is always interesting, and as Celina and others can testify, if you sap me, I WILL die. I suppose I just need more practice.

Nice log though, and a really good effort.

Briars are pretty good too. Stone rain doesn't tic unless somebody is in the room. On top of that briars web everyone that walks through like phantomwall, but don't fade.

Which doesn't at all change the fact that rubble is a passive effect that hinders more exits each tic compared to briars hitting random exits once and then having to do anything else manually. Hence, in the ability to cover more exits rubble is superior.

On top of that rubble slows down everyone that walks through it, but it doesn't fade. One entangles, one hobbles you. They both are good. One is a recurring passive effect, one is a one off. In this rubble wins.

Oh, also, not only does briars only hit exits once then you have to manually add them, anyone can remove them with ignite. To my knowledge, there is no way to remove rubble.

edit:: maybe they should make shovels actually useful.

b) If you uncheck "Enable emoticons" you won't get them.

(And people who quote you still will, which is funny.)

Leap for the win.
Sarrasri2009-09-18 20:34:13
Leap is great if you don't have an entourage you don't want to lose...
Jozen2009-09-18 20:46:30
Same with pathtwist.

Leap still puts you off balance meaning you are still hindered in some way and again does not negate the fact rubble is superior because you have to potentially leap over more exits.
