Edit: @above, TP. Could probably do some retarded things with runes too but TP is better.

Thanks.
I was wondering though, how would Aeromancers 'kill' targets? I think I understand how pyros can reduce people to cinders

Concussion -> damage. You've got a handful of ways to put people into the air and the tools to even send flying races crashing back down.
I actually disagree with Desi for tertiary choice. I'd take TK with Aeromancy for throatlock/sweat/burst goodness.

Affliction overload, system destruction, reckless sticks, death ensues.
Affliction overload, system destruction, debate, mindburst.
Concussion-crushin, dominate fly into airweb/smashdown, death ensues.
Nah, TK is not the way of the Samurai in this case good sir.

Thanks for taking our family animal and making it less special
Couldn't they have had one of the many other fire-related creatures on Zoaka instead?
Otherwise, this whole thing. Even if warriors may be months and months away.

The Aero demense isn't all that afflicty, though. You only get Miasma and Blizzard for true passive afflictions. I'd much rather try to extend the time you can get concussion to stick. I also don't see a reason to dominate fly when you can raise staff and fling them up freely, regardless of wings/no wings.

@Estarra
Instead of Chainlightning, how about a timed-insta that you have to start with both parties at sky elevation and maybe have them on ground elevation when it finishes?
Giant lightning bolt conducted from sky to ground target through the caster.
Seems different enough, we've no instakills that work on different elevations.

Positive lightning? Could work.

I was thinking an instakill where you send someone flying into the stratosphere. Hmm... or causing an excess of pressure in their lungs resulting in them popping.

Yep, depressurization insta is an obvious one, but a bit bland.
I like the reverse chasm idea, though. You send someone up out into space. Or whatnot.
Or maybe just drop someone out of the stratosphere and smoosh them. Timed insta stopped by levitate? Maybe make it only castable on airborne targets. So you raise staff to fling, walk up, then thwack them away into the firmament.

Probably when the new cities can defend themselves fully

Magnagora is going to be a ghost town soon.
