Actually, food for thought. What's gonna happen to the Xion initiative now?

Ugh... I'd LOVE to go to Hallifax but Laws RP is all for Celest and I don't have to patience to alt. Woe. Woe is me.
"Law RP" is seeming independent enough thus far to be uniquely Hallifax. Celest is Morality, Hallifax is Law; the two don't always go hand in hand, though they tend to have common ground.

I'm not sure... but I think you might be confusing "Law RP" with "Laws RP", meaning "Lawliet's RP".

I believe that you have misread.
Laws == Law's == Lawliet's. Not "Law."

I'm curious about that. Do we know what the Hallifax guardians and warriors were even called?
I don't even see any allusion to them existing in the first place.

I'm not sure if Aeromantic Command were the Aeromancers or that was a branch of the Matrix Legion, but that's what I wrote up after going over the History of the Celestine Empire.

Hallifax is one of the simplest organizations in the game to navigate.
You simply need to spend time learning it.
It's a city of spires that overlap and meet, so you're constantly moving from spire to spire - if you wish to get to an adjacent spire, you can always go to a corner, go up, north/south, then down, and there you are!

As I said, I did figure out the spires and what not, however I get lost very easily and also frustrated easily. The spires on spires thing gets a bit confusing however and I tend to end up places I've already been despite trying to go ways that I know I haven't. I just need to get into a mindlessly happy mode and mindlessly explore. Usually how it works for me. :\\

I can see the two former, but not that latter. I think the Gauds would eat the snuggly kitties.

If (supposing these do become full-fledged player-run cities) I log-in one day and hear from a friend that that someone was ousted from Hallifax for "acting illogically" I will be overjoyed.

You look at a delicate crystal staff that Cririk is wielding:
Opaque, sky-blue crystal has been skillfully shaped into this delicate staff, the mark of a skilled aeromancer. The crystal itself is perfectly smooth and without facet or edge, its thin shaft leading upwards from a rounded tip and into the bottom of an artful curl. Aesthetically pleasing and mathematically perfect, the small crystal piece atop the shaft of the staff curves smoothly into a delicate bend before tapering off in a whimsical little wisp of blue crystal. Occasionally the whisper of a thin white cloud manifests about the crystal, dancing upon the chill breeze that surrounds it.
You look at the Quintessential Mandala of Resplendent Harmony that Cririk is wearing:
A masterpiece of crystal workings, unrivaled by the Master Artists of Hallifax, the Quintessential Mandala of Resplendent Harmony positively glows with a steady, prismatic beauty. Elegantly simple fractal patterns run along the outer rim of the circular mandala, alternating through a variety of coloured crystals and gemstones. Twisting inwards in a delightful array of whimsical lines and swirls, the colours shift into olivine, magnolia, ebony, cerulean, carnelian and persimmon, delicate and innumerable geometric formations slowly progressing inwards still. At its core, twelve gemstones - opal, onyx, sapphire, ruby, turquoise, jade, beryl, emerald, garnet, bloodstone, amethyst and diamond repeat in a simple yet aesthetically pleasing fractal display, surrounding six swirling designs of three colours, each representing one of the Sculptures of Harmony. A simple thread of translucent crystal has been threaded through the top of the gemstone mandala, allowing it to be worn about the neck, while long silvery plumes are set about the mandala, two on each side, lending it an exotic, avian beauty.
You look at the Medallion of the Four Winds that Cririk is wearing:
Composed of many pieces of glistening, translucent crystal, the Medallion of the Four Winds shimmers with a cold, aesthetic beauty. Each piece of crystal swirls into the next, all of them connected by a web of silver threads, designed to rest directly above the heart, cushioning the wearer from contact with the icy gemstones. Several long crystals dangle down from the cord upon which the medallion in long, perfect shapes, their forms lining the sides of the medallion, they themselves framed with the colourful plumage of a rare thunderbird.

Xion is probably gonna get the fire and air crystals up again, as part of binding Hallifax and Gaudiguch to their elemental planes again. But the Taerin is certainly going to be interesting.

The Taerin tunnel was inhabited by just Aquamancers and Geomancers though. The 'extra' fire and air Lord could just be there be chilling with the others. D:
