Nah, order wars were cool until we realized it was basically a way for an active god to flex their e-peen at another god whose order wasn't that active. There also wasn't much in the way of rewards except for TF's for the winners usually.

I use teas! They are nice. Watches are also useful to count down the exact moment I can get away with staying in the UV before returning to the surface to do certain night time only things, and pinpointing exactly when astral spheres connect/disconnect from one another. Burrowing that deep makes it more difficult to get you back up, and while it's not exactly the same, I'm sure Mag can tell you Narsrim made good use of multiple mountain elevations back when he raided Earth. Also, not everyone has easy sewer access, so some of us still go to Duum for Muud.

All the little games (Fate, spin-the-bottle, ivory dice, etc.) are played here and there in Glomdoring. Like, when people take a break from camping in Faethorn and such. People will kill you when you acquisitio the Fate deck when they're playing, too

Back when you could bet lessons, I made about 5K of 'em by betting in increments of 100 on an alt. (Note this was before bound credits, and it was common habit to buy bulk credits on an alt, because you'd get - what, 2.4 free lessons per credit purchased?)

Trader Bob is excellent for farming esteem. Also, the reason you don't see a lot of Fate games played is because I don't have my own deck. If I did, I'd run around playing people all the damn time.

I use teas, disruption scrolls (on the rare occasion I come up against a mage), Dramatics (great for influencing), and aetherbubbles. I have about as many artifact vials as I have regular vials, which I like even more now that you can't buy the old style vials any more.

The one time I managed to find Duum, I was too stupid to find my way through to Muud.

If it helps, there are hidden exits, and then you have to dump a load of corpses (and I'm not sure if they can be villager corpses or not) and then you probably have to know the syntax, and then it sometimes just doesn't work anyway.

My disruption scroll has saved me from several gankings by telekinetics. I don't know that I'd use it against anything other than Barrier, though.

There was an avatar standing around in Talkan's manse for decades (although if I remember correctly they're only active when the person who called them is), but that's actually the only time I ever saw one. It was a good punching bag to vent, but I think the person it was for actually DID log on during one of the last times Talkan was around.


Chain armour can easily get better stats than greatrobes iirc, even without forging runes. So it's actually an option for guardians who don't have splendours.


Maybe the day will come when they realise that they can actually get people to spend credits on these, if only they make them alot cheaper (10 credits each or so).

I'd easily spring for more at this price.

I have felt the wrath of many Avengers and Karma curses lately. The reason you never see them used is because they work so damn well.

And I've lost RP points quite a few times for going AFK for an hour or two. Lately though I've been getting away with some ridiculous amounts, like if I go to play Mass Effect and totally forget about Lusternia and then whoops has it really been seven hours? There go my karma blessings!

False. Attach the rune to an un-sorcelglassed vial and you get the oldstyle artifact vial.

Aww. I thought the description stayed the same and it just became permanent and resetting. So, it adds the "glowing" prefix to any vial? Or just the un-sorceled ones?
