Unsorceled only, and it even changes the description to the hourglass shape and everything. Also doubles capacity and doubles the sips received from a refill, though that effect goes for anything with the rune on it.

Fate is great, Narynth has a deck she likes to play people with, and I'm always up to play with her! Dreaming can be amazingly fun too.... when it works. Nothing like linking with someone in an enemy city, and when they move having your real body suddenly show up in the room with them, souless.

I still think cities/people ought to be able to buy stationary fate decks.

I can't figure out why Teas, Dramatics, or Disruption scrolls would be on that list...all 3 are used quite daily by the populace. With the influx if TK's, the disruption scroll is the only way to really fight them...teas are insanely useful....and dramatics is used by every single REAL influencer.

Cults really aren't used that much. They exist, people have them, haven't seen anything too big with them yet.

Affintiy - cause it's a passive is always used
Aegis - used a lot
Omniscience - mostly used just so people can keep chatting when doing domoths
Fearaura - is OP, Nerf Wolf.
Portal - is less used now than it was because it has so many restrictions now.
Intervention - Used to be used till rescue-esque skills pretty much got neutured.
